Balancing Act: Juggling Projects and Life with Trello and Notion

Dear friends,

this week I got back into the getting-things-done-mode.

I am juggling a lot of projects the same time. From big websites, to smaller websites. From creative videos to custom coded AI tools. From newsletters to other self-initiated projects. Visual experiments and design… And then a lot of little things which slide in between everything… Plus I also have a life…

So I started to plan my week again with Trello and to assign specific tasks to specific days.

That sounds not much but it really helps. So I always have one main task in the morning and one main task in the afternoon. And then I add small quick things which I was procrastinating already for a long time in between.

Additionally I stared a diary in Notion to write down all the tasks which I achieved on a day. Even if they are small. In the evening I can look at a long list and feel satisfied.

It’s so easy to lose track of things, especially when they are small. Let’s see how long I can keep up this productive mode 😀

What are your tricks to stay on track?

Much love,
Marius
