Exploring My Top 3 Tools: A Tech Enthusiast's Journey
Discover how Arc Browser, The Clock, and Google Drive enhance my digital life.
Dear friends,
today I want to talk a bit about… Tools 😳
I do love testing out new tools and some of them stick with me for many years. Here I want to show you 3 of them:
Arc
I am using this browser some months now and don’t want to miss it anymore. First it took me some time to get used to the left sidebar instead of having the tabs on the top — but now I appreciate this feature so much.
Here are two things I like about it:
- Tabs turn into your browsing history, so you can easily look back at what you’ve seen. You don’t have to close tabs just because there are too many, or dig through your history page. Everything is right there on the left side, ready when you need it.
- You can set up separate spaces for different tasks. Like in the picture, there’s a communication space with all the websites and apps for chatting and emails. It makes reaching them quick and easy. I have other spaces too, like one for admin stuff with links to Google Sheets, and a development space filled with coding tools. It is… very… handy.
The Clock
It’s a basic tool that tells me the time in different cities. Super useful for scheduling calls across time zones. Plus, it’s got this feature that makes you take a break by blocking your screen every 25 minutes.
Google Drive
Google Drive is super handy for anyone with Gmail. You can get to your files like they’re right on your computer, but they’re actually online. This means you won’t lose your files and they won’t take up space on your hard drive. When you open a folder, Google Drive just downloads the files you need to see. If my computer ever gets lost, no worries, all my data is still safe. And when I get a new computer, I just connect it and boom, I have all my stuff right there.
Ok, now that was probably boring as hell 😅
Other than that I am producing videos with AI like a crazy person.
It is so fascinating and feels like magic… The images you see are stills from those videos.
And before I forget… On the 23rd of November is another edition from SoireeXD in Berlin. It’s a chill, familiar event with some really impressive people showing off their work. Don’t miss it! ❤️
Much love,
Marius
