From New Zealand to Paris: Blending Nature, AI & Fashion

My last week in New Zealand has arrived, and I wanted to share a little update with you.

🌿 Travel & Nature

Grateful that we found time to explore the South Island—beautiful lakes, quiet islands, and even some rare animals like the Weka bird and sea lions.

🎬 A Special Screening of Spacebirth 2

I met up with an old friend who co-directed Spacebirth 2, and we did a small private screening at a local cinema. It felt nice to close that chapter together.

👻 Working on Ghostbirth 2

I spent some quiet moments working on the script for Ghostbirth 2, finding inspiration in the films of Dario Argento. Still early days, but it’s slowly taking shape.

💡 JopenAI – A Personal Shift?

The website and identity of JopenAI are nearly finished.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about making the messaging clearer—focusing more on my own work rather than presenting it as a larger studio. It feels more natural and honest. Would love to hear your thoughts!

☀️ Taking Things Easy

Basically I am taking things easy.
Very fond of the New Zealand expression: No worries, mate.

⚔️ AI & Fashion – Workshop in Paris

We’re continuing to develop our creative AI app, and in early April, we’ll present it to fashion design students at Institut de la Mode in Paris. Excited to see how it goes!
