Hectic days, website projects & AI workshops

Dear friends,

I experienced some hectic days recently and was not able to find time for either work or writing. I just moved into my new apartment in Berlin, and it feels wonderful to finally have a place I can call home.

I have been leading a nomadic life for many years now, traveling extensively and working on my laptop. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to live such a lifestyle. However, I now feel that it’s time to settle down a bit — not too much, but at least to establish a life here in Berlin. I want to connect with creative people in the area and have a space where I can continue to grow. That’s where I find myself at the moment.

Today, I had a conversation with an old client of mine. He runs an agency in New York, and for several years, we have been collaborating on exciting projects together. We are in the process of redesigning a website for a whisky brand and finally launching the new website for his agency. Additionally, there’s a potential project on social investing in Africa that we hope to work on together. Once again, I’m thankful that these working relationships evolve into friendships.

I also had a discussion with a company named RunDiffusion. This platform allows people to utilise the latest AI technology to create stunning visual art without dealing with complex technical setups. In a subsequent article, I will dive deeper into this topic. They informed me about an opportunity to host workshops and teach individuals how to use AI technology, particularly creative agencies who are eager to use this technology but lack the know-how. This has sparked my interest in potentially creating AI classes in the near future.

This week, I need to catch up on my work due to the disruptions caused by moving into my new apartment. Everything got a bit delayed.

Much love,

Marius
