The AI Style Revolution: Pioneering Fashion with Technology

Dear friends,

One of my best friends gifted me a surprise adventure for my birthday. This morning I had to be early at the airport - not knowing to where I will fly.

Turned out that I was going to France. I had to bring my favourite coffee-cup, a hat and a costume. 🫣 Right now I am waiting in a Starbucks in a Paris airport for my friend to pick me up.

I calculated that if they serve 50 customers an hour and each customer buys something for about 15€ - they make a profit of around 300.000€ a month. Fucking Starbucks… Wow…

Also Paula Kühn, Santiago Carrasquilla and me are cooking up a very exciting AI fashion project. We train a custom model with images from… I cannot tell more right now 😅

But again we use Stable Diffusion and we are all amazed by the quality of the outcome. The trick is to combine upscaling with multiple rounds of face refiners. And we just got started…

Also adding a grain to the images as the final step makes a big difference.

Well… I need to leave on my adventure now.
